Huge growth of shrubs etc.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2525392.

At the "T" junction of Novers Road and and Novers Hill and on the West side of the carriageway there are two illuminated road signs which are almost totally obscured by the overgrowth of large shrubs. Currently, there is no illumination due to some sort power failure. This problem has been ongoing for not less than twenty four (24) months.
