Bollard at traffic filter knocked over, lying on ground

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2532026.
Where the through traffic from Kendon Drive to Kingsholm Rd is prevented by bollards one of the bollards has been knocked over and is lying on the ground, with a gap in the cycle only through route of the street closure. This may be used to allow small cars through now.
