Hedges overhanging pavement

Along the length of the road there are a number of houses whose hedges are overgrown and are causing an obstruction on the pavement. In some places there is barely enough space to walk on the pavement and impossible to push a pram or wheelchair. Three pics are attached as examples but the problem is prevalent on both sides of the Druid Stoke Avenue from the junction to Druid Hill to the bend where the BUPA care home is situated.
