Gauze on bollard is damaged

Reported via mobile in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 17:05, Tue 9 February 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The gauze on this bollard on the pavement is damaged, whilst avoiding a passerby, I got close to this bollard and it ripped my coat (photo attached). I am very concerned that had I not been wearing a coat this could have been a lot worse.
