Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Manhole on private land belonging to block of flats ob SE corner junction Mercia Drive and Mina Road is overflowing onto pavement. This is a continuous flow for several days. Extremely dangerous in this cold weather, sheet ice on pavement, I have witnessed falls. Wessex Water has inspected and advised that the freeholder Conelly & Callaghan 0117 9420 100 have been contacted , but they seemed not to recognise the urgency of the situation
