Mattress/cupboards back of stoke lane CO-OP by 'Community Garden' by 'Biffa' bins Chronic problem Can Bin men get to Biffa bins? Who is 'Dumping'? I think info Leaflets are needed for flats above shops? People come and go and i am not aware of who they are even though i am the NHW rep for the local area
