Blocked drainage on terraced house

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2555887.

We are at the end of a terraced property (10 Broad Road) and are currently suffering from blocked drains. The main drain is at 14 Broad Road. This problem happened before about 3-4 years ago. As we are at then end we tend to get the worst of the blockage. Please can you kindly check this area please before it gets any worse. Many thanks.
