Passing cars soak pedestrians because of flooding

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category by John Teller at 08:22, Monday 22 February 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The gully alongside Mina Road Park fills with rainwater every time it rains. This week I have seen two elderly pedestrians very distressed when they were soaked by passing cars driving though the water.
