Please my lovely council. Please, please, pretty please take us seriously when were pleading for your help. you have the necessary enforcement powers to resolve this. Under the HMO legislation that you so proudly masquerade when collecting fees your able to take over the management of an unlicensed HMO. You can force a landlord, even when he/she is absent to do something about this. This is getting dangerous now. ? as you can see from he picture this is now a potential fire risk. This leakage has come from those vehicles. Look in the garden and you'll find jerry cans there!! Why do we pay council tax? Where does our money go?

Regards to the previous report, whilst out walking this morning I counted 13 small white lorries parked on Begbrook Lane, 3 are parked in Begbrook Drive on a single yellow line, this is a school route. We believe it is linked to the HMO houses. They are obviously running a business. Please can this be addressed. Many thanks.
