Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Overgrown hedge with projecting brambles blocking pavement of Charlton Mead Drive opposite No. 99 (side of 1 Stream Close) forcing pedestrians to walk in road on a bend. Adjoining fence is starting to restrict pavement.
