Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2569032.
This drainage hole and pipe are on BCC-owned end of the bridge. They are blocked by gravel etc and regularly flood the footway, causing a hazard in freezing conditions and preventing Covid safe passing on other rainy days. This photo taken after a couple of days without significant rainfall.
