Regularly overflowing bins

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 06:45, Tue 2 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There are 15 bins stored at the back on nr 119 two mile hill rd that are overflowing on a regular basis and the area is also a fly tipping hot spot because of that. The bins should not be stored there in the firs first place as it belongs to nr 119 but people from other 3 properties continue to do so even after they were told by the land owner. I have pictures of rubbish issues in the area for the last six months.
