The junction to Shetland rd from Southmead is breaking up, with multiple depressions, potholes and now loose bricks

I just seen the issue at the junction of southmead road and Shetland road was reported back in march this year....however it has since become a hole with the cobbles stones being on the pavement. This hole can not be avoided and will cause an accident.
