Major damage to Highway and increasing damage to footway edge

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway Defect category by Coucillor Mark Bradshaw at 10:55, Thu 4 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This is yet another report to get some effective repairs done on this road which is used by residents and is near a primary school. The road surface is severely damaged with concrete sections moving, exposing gaps between levels; with a widening depression in the centre of the road and several other cracks and chips. Vehicles are having to drive around the worst damaged sections including onto the pavement itself. This report follows other direct emails sent to council officers and the current cabinet member responsible for transport.
