Two sockets have been made in the pavement, presumably to take barriers for enclosure of outside seating space for the restaurant Hare Krishnans Kitchen 31 A Zetland Road. these have been temporarily marked with bits of timber and hazard tape which is not visible in poor light. this has been a problem for several months. if these changes are permitted the hazards need to be marked more clearly so that people do not trip on them. if they are not permitted the pavement needs to be made good asap.

There are in actually 5 socket fittings installed. The 3 along the fence boundary to the access to the garage were obscured by fly tipping. However they do not present a trip hazard in the same way as the two previously notified.
