2587852 continued obstruction
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 09:35, Tue 9 March 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2596266.
Resident is illegally blocking off a personal parking space on a residential road using cones that create the impression it's a disabled parking space (it is not and he has no right to a disabled space until allocated one by the council. In fact even disabled spaces are not reserved to one individual). In response to the resident who clearly is the one replying to the previous complaint, yes it is illegal to claim a street space as your own on a residential street. You have zero right to private parking on the street. You also have no right to deliveries being to your door (several other residents are doing renovation projects and not one has constantly blocked off a space to do so) albeit most residents of the street will leave a space free for you with advance notice for ad hoc reasons. You are abusing the goodwill of your neighbours. Please stop.
