The road markings on Waterloo st and Waterloo place are not visable to drivers looking for parking spaces. At busy times they are ignored completely or partially, as they are hardly visable from a vehicle, through the windscreen, after dark or when the light is dim. This has continued to worsen over the past 5-6 years.
