Reported via mobile in the Street Light category anonymously at 10:28, Fri 12 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This was noticed 11 march after strong winds over night. The cover appears to be off the top of light and wires open to weather. Now light working. Look like cover is hanging down and moving about in wind.
