Pedestrian crossing light and sound not working

Reported via iOS in the Traffic lights category by Cllr Carla Denyer at 11:39, Monday 15 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The traffic-light controlled pedestrian crossing outside Clifton Down shopping centre is a busy crossing. Since Saturday the crossing sound for pedestrians has stopped working, and today the ‘green man’ also stopped working. (The red one still works.) This is potentially dangerous to anyone wish vision impairments so please could it be fixed ASAP?
