Drain at corner of Church Lane and Argyle Place

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2610731.
The drain is totally blocked with gravel from when the road was resurfaced. It is causing a river to run down Church Lane and gather in a lake at the bottom by the retaining wall.
