These Black plastic bags and box of rubbish has been recently FLY TIPPED outside 415 Southmead Road on the pavement making a tripping hazard for visually impaired people and hygiene - in breach of the Health and Safety Act. This anti social behaviour seems to be increasing locally and the bags of rubbish are increasing in numbers daily. Please investigate contents of the bags of rubbish since owners may live very very close and should be held to account. Southmead hospital is already inundated with Covid patients and their staff are all working very hard for us all. Fly tipping of rubbish started a few months ago with a sack full of rubble dumped on the pavement. Perhaps it is from a nearby HMO that has one small black bin and one recycle box but may have 4 different households. All local residents would appreciate B.C.C's prompt investigation before pedestrians trip, or rats start to create a health hazard. Thank you very much for looking into this.
