Pedestrian sign damaged & northbound only

Sign for the pedestrian crossing is damaged (has now fallen over since this photo). In addition the signage is only for traffic going northbound, there is no signage for traffic going southbound. Presumably these signs were put here as a temporary measure while the iron bridge is closed which was the previous pedestrian crossing. The temporary signs have been here for over a year and half.
