Overhead cables going through trees/shrubs

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Top line of trees/shrubs has not been cut in years. This has resulted in overhead cables now passing through trees. Maintenance of whole hedge needs the top line height reduced in front of houses 53-71 Novers Hill.
