No street lights

More than 1 street light not working, has been an issue for a few weeks. Extremely dark, even though pictures are coming up bright when taken. I find it very scary to go out in the darkness and i keep hearing people hovering. Things have gone missing from front garden and also rubbish getting dumped, when dark. So unable to see who is doing it.
