Road in terrible state from construction and massive dangerous ramp

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2622271.

The state of this road is shocking and has been like it for some time since the temp lights were removed. Can there be some communication about when the road will restored? The ramp I can see has already been reported by someone else, there are no warnings for it also.
