Loose/damaged drain cover and paving Norton Farm Road closest to lamppost No4 and house 74

Reported via mobile in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 14:05, Sunday 21 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The drain cover is loose which creates noise when vehicles drive over it. The paving stones also look slightly loose and uneven possibly sinking slightly. This has been like this for a number of months now.

  • Some work was completed on the above job on 4th May to level the road however nothing appears to have been done to the drain cover which is now even more noisy and keeps us awake at night every time a vehicle drives down the road. The paving stones were not re-laid very well and are loose and the concrete used to fill in the gaps (as the stones were not put back quite the same) is already cracked. If nothing else please can the drain cover be properly fixed so it no longer bangs. Many thanks.
