"Except Cycles" needed on "no through road" sign

Reported via desktop in the Road Signage category anonymously at 14:21, Tue 23 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is are "No Through Road" signs at the junction of Upton Road and Raleigh Road. Upton Road, however, has a small section of 'no motor vehicles' and so the "No Through Road" sign is incorrect. Suggest "Except cycles" plate be added below the "No Through Road" signs.
