Notice on lamp post from Highways Maintenance that resurfacing is taking place on 26/3/21

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2630229.
On the same day as the scheduled resurfacing Fri 26/3/21 we have bin collections and recycling collections. Will the collections still happen or will we have rubbish and recycling left curb side for a week? We also have a delivery of fencing panels scheduled for Fri 26/3/21 which was arranged 2 weeks ago, prior to the notices of resurfacing being posted on the streets lamp posts, can the delivery be facilitated during resurfacing? The issues above maybe addressed in the letter notifying us of the resurfacing as referred to on your website, unfortunately to date no such letter has been received Look forward to you response Thanks
