Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:06, Wed 24 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This issue was reported on 9 February 2021 but has been closed by Bristol City Council this morning without resolution or explanation. The bins are on double yellow lines on Lamb Hill which has now been adopted by Bristol City Council. The bins are a health hazard attracting vermin and fly-tipping which is cleared by local residents. In high winds the bins blow over distributing their contents over the road. Please see previous report for more information. Please could Bristol City Council respond as a matter of urgency.
