Dangerous pipe sticking out of ground

Reported via Android phone in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 16:58, Sat 7 July 2012

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

Area has been cleared to provide access to viewpoint of Clifton Suspension Bridge, however at one end of mown grassy area just off the footpath there is a metal rod sticking out of the ground.

Could BCC look in to this on H&S grounds please? Walkers and runners would be using this stretch as an alternative scenic route to the main footpath and at such a low level the metal rod is unnoticeable.
