Hi
Thankyou for the email stating that the light has been ‘fixed’ this light has not been fixed and is still not working, As an NicEic qualified electricial supervisor myself I was working from home the day your operative attended to this lamppost (tuesday 23rd March) I watched the operative from the window of my property, firstly he checked the lamp and connections, and then went down the the cutout and checked down there? Before getting back in the van. Not once was the photocell covered to prove the light actually worked, and neither did I see the operative use any type of voltage tester to check the supply to the lamppost head, And surprise surprise the lamppost is still not working, I would be intrigued to see if he had taken a picture to show the lamppost working, (as this is normal practice for most reactive maintenance companies) because not once did the light come on when the operative was on site
