Light isn't fixed

The problem/incident I have reported for the 5 th time is not fixed and is marked as fixed and I've been sent a notification that it is fixed, when clearly (see the photo) it isn't fixed. Please can someone do their job and make sure the light is fixed! It can't be that difficult.
