Commercial property wheelie bins constantly left on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 22:35, Friday 26 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Business leaving wheelie bins out on residential pavements, blocking footpaths, also left in front of houses, carelessly scraping and damaging resident/shop buildings when moved. Leaving large commercial bins in front of residential properties is unacceptable. The business needs to be told to stop or adopt a proper waste disposal strategy. Smells all the time, hard to use the pavement as a result. Due to business leaving Bins they have damaged the wall, and cables along the entire pavement which are phone lines, and broadband. NEEDS TO BE SORTED
