Street light not lit

Reported via desktop in the Street Light category anonymously at 21:43, Monday 29 March 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Pavement works have taken place recently, but hopefully this is just a lamp blown and not a service cable fault!

  • Still not fixed. It's nearly a month since problem reported and council reported a job had been raised.

How many weeks does it take Bristol Council to "Change a light bulb"?

  • Unfortunately, this is still not fixed and we're heading swiftly towards the end of May.

I see there's a general message about "western power needs to fix some cables" but how do we know if this is the problem in this case?

Given the low number of street lights in Walliscote Road anyway, having this one out for an extended period is quite poor.

Apologies for the previous unhelpful sarcasm from one of our neighbours, maybe they don't realise that can be the reason people don't do things sometimes.
