Overgrown and exposed brambles which are an annual problem

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 13:58, Mon 5 April 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Land underneath the pylon between no 1 Marsh St and house on the Portway isn't fenced off so fly tipping has started and my Mum (who lives at No 1) had noticed an increase in rats. The shrubs and brambles are already starting to grow out and annually they block the pavement which is on a primary school route. My elderly and disabled mum has already had to put up fencing at her own expense to keep the brambles out of her garden. Could this area please be cleared and preferably fenced off it is unsightly and dangerous for pedestrians once summer comes due to the brambles.
