Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Notifying council that a Smiths 32 tonne waste/builders truck hit a bollard on Victoria Avenue at 08.28h. Building works going on in Matthew Street. That's where caller believes the truck was going to/from. Developers building houses and renovating listed building.
