Pavement permanently obstructed with bins
Reported via iOS in the Obstruction category anonymously at 09:19, Fri 9 April 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2661505.
The property at 7 knowle Rd is multiple occupancy and there is 4-5 m of pavement permanently obstructed. They are never taken inside the sizeable garden available. This has been reported several times over years with no action. It is impossible for pushchairs to pass they have to use the road. Often there is overspill out of the recycling and other addition refuse.

I have reported this problem in 2019 and it has never been resolved. The mess on the street also encourages flytippers and means that disabled people have to use the road because the pavement is blocked. The refuse collection day is Mondays but the bins and other detritus stay on the street permanently.
