Hazardous Handrail

Reported via iOS in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 17:13, Wednesday 14 April 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Footpath / cycle route that runs from Hollybush Lane on the Downs behind the university halls has a protruding handrail caused by a dislodged pole. This could be dangerous to pedestrians, children or cyclists, particularly if the pole is bent out further to worsen the problem.

  • Still not fixed, although spray paint (presumably from a surveyor) marks up the job, just in case a pole sticking out to skewer people was not blindingly obvious enough!
