Parking on pavement
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 10:39, Thu 15 April 2021
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2672744.
Over the past 6 months a growing number of vehicles are parking 2 wheels on the pavement causing pedestrians to walk around either on the grass or into the road. Especially as the area is outside a elderly people's accommodation. The road is also used by parents for access to local schools. I have seen elderly and pram pushers walking into the road to pass the vehicles. Cars are now swerving around the parked vehicles dangerously passing very close to each other. As more vehicles park like this it encourages others to copy, This could be easily rectified by yellow lines or enforcement if current laws.
