12 inch pot hole and missing utility cover

Reported via desktop in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 10:45, Fri 16 April 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 days, 17 hours, 40 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2674554.

A pothole has formed around a utility cover, now the utility cover is also missing. Its located outside the Mothers' Ruin bar in St Nicholas Street. It appears as though someone has occasionally tried to cover the hole with a piece of wood to stop people from falling into the hole. As St Nicholas street is a partly pedestrianised area, it's an issue for the road user and pedestrian alike. It's been like this for over 1 year.
