Reported via mobile in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 18:06, Monday 19 April 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Located here at the junction where Baldwin Street and St Stephen’s Street meets, there is a small traffic island and on this island there was previously a bollard here that was damaged, but has not been replaced. The plastic footprint of the bollard can still be seen in the ground on the island.
