Homeowner has diverted gutter water onto public road

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 17:26, Tuesday 27 April 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The last two times I've walked down this road whilst it was raining, I've had to tread carefully and jump over pools of water flooding the road. I have now noticed that the property owner sharing the boundary wall with the road, has recently fitted downpipes from his private house gutters to the road-side of the wall, thus diverting their rainwater onto the public road.
