3m long stretch of torn open tarmac in S carriageway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There are two 3m stretches of broken, potholded and torn tarmac in the lefthand side of the left southbound lane of the A38 from electricity house to St May on the Quay. These are particularly dangerous for cyclists and scooter riders and could throw someone of their bike. PHOTOGRAPHS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO TRAFFIC
