Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 11:01, Fri 30 April 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

5 black wheelie bins STILL stored on pavement - at least 2 months now. Bins stored distant from households they belong to - who do have adequate storage facilities on their own property. They are an unsightly mess in the Conservation Area. Bins are marked with numbers 13 and 15.
