Illegal scooters

Reported via desktop anonymously at 20:03, Sat 1 May 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Continual use of illegal scooters throughout Bristol. This needs to be dealt with through a campaign and removing these vehicles if found being used on the road or pavement.

Updates

  • This is a problem that needs to be policed. The police don’t have time so uninsured people will be driving a powered vehicle around our streets and on our pavements.

  • Agreed, it must be policed - no excuses.

If the police don't 'have time' for this then quite obviously they also don't 'have time' to sit in vans pointing cameras at people speeding in low-risk areas too.
