A high retaining wall is bulging and in danger of collapse

There is a significant overhang of a retaining wall on the bend in the Stoke Hill road. The footpath above the wall is 5 metres higher than the pavement below. If the wall collapses there is a risk of injury for people on the footpath above or the pavement below. A gap between the stones in the wall is beginning to open up. Please see the photographs.
