A low loader parked on pavement on frenchay park road near BP petrol station. Registration .HT52 DXO. Been there over a week it's in a no parking area according to residents. Owner lives at 201 frenchay park road bristol .r BP petrol station .in area bs16. We have reported him many times to police and council. He tell people he can do what he likes(he cant) we have asked trading standards and council if he is registered to to run a car business from 201 private house frenchay park road frenchay bristol bs16 area. He dumps cars I. Roads around d frenchay some have no MOT or no.tax or both. Or he just dumps his cars if his garden is full up .its not fair on residents comming home trying to.park in their own streets .its been going on for months. Residents are fed up with no help from council.he thinks he an park wherever he likes the police say their hands are tied .they say tell council which we are doi g thanx Kr chris martin.
