Random diversion signs that make no sense

Reported via mobile in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 04:53, Wednesday 5 May 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Random red signs near crossing both sides of road (some have been collapsed) about pedestrian diversions, unsure what they relate to but the arrows and markings didn’t make sense and are just being moved around the street. Please can you check their purpose, if needed they were incorrectly placed as diversions were wrong or if not can they be removed please as no one has checked on them in some time.
