Reported via mobile in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 06:37, Thu 6 May 2021

Appears bollards put in place are being systematically knocked out of bases all along Park Row & further down toward BRI. Not just odd one. Please replace. Used almost daily & has made huge difference to safety.
