Your ref 2429924 - GULLY IS STILL BLOCKED AND HAS NOT BEEN FIXED

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 18:22, Sun 9 May 2021

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I received the following message from you last week, stating - "This enquiry is now closed. No further action is required. State changed to: Fixed. Posted by Bristol City Council at 16:17, Wednesday 5 May 2021"

Why? This is completely untrue, I viewed the indicated Gully yesterday, and a visual check shows that no work has been attempted or done to sort out the problem. Can you have an Auditor review these untrue claims please.

My original report report stated - As can be seen if you enlarge my photo, this gully does not drain away after rain. This causes unpleasant walking conditions for pedestrians and cyclists when it rains as there is excess surface water on the road. It's been like it for 4 months. Please can you get your Contractors to unblock it.
